A teenager accused of fatally stabbing his younger brother in a fight over loud music cries on the 911 call as a dispatcher tells him how to stop the bleeding.

Fifteen-year-old William Gorzynski remained in juvenile custody on suspicion of second-degree murder in the death of 14-year-old Matthew Gorzynski.

Portions of the 911 call were released Friday.

Gorzynski tells the dispatcher his brother is bleeding "a lot," as she instructs him to hold a towel on the wound.

The two brothers were home alone when police say they argued over loud music the younger boy was playing on the home computer as the 15-year-old watched TV.

They say the older boy then got a kitchen knife and stabbed his brother.

The boy's attorneys says it was self defense.
