If your man has good sperm quality, he may be incredibly smart, according to a University of New Mexico study.
Psychologist Geoffrey Miller conducted tests on more than 4,000 male veterans who participated in three days of physical and mental testing. Of those men, 425 provided sperm samples.
The men who scored high on the intelligence tests had high counts of healthy sperm, Miller saidduring a discussion of the findings at Harvard University.
Miller said the findings of good sperm and intelligence were "not awesome, they're there and highly significant," newkerala.com reported.
Exactly why smart men would have healthy sperm is unclear, but Miller had one theory.
"I'm thinking of intelligence as being quite closely related to individual fitness," he added
