"Village Green Companies is dedicated to the safety of our associates and residents. We ensure our associates are trained for emergency situations and have a standard procedure to follow, including calling emergency services immediately upon learning of a dangerous situation.
"Our position is very simple — domestic matters and other similar types of issues are police matters. Village Green does not condone residents or employees jeopardizing their safety or the safety of others by intervening in police matters. Furthermore, Village Green does not permit weapons of any kind at the workplace for the safety of all."
