PERM, Russia – Video captured a Russian pedestrian narrowly escaping a collision with a runaway bus in Perm, Russia.
The man began to cross the street with his briefcase, then sprinted to avoid both a stopped car the bus slammed into and the bus itself.
According to Russian news agency Uralinform.ru, the multi-ton vehicle's brakes failed on a hill and the bus careened down five blocks, colliding with nearly two dozen cars and leaving four injured.
