Russian beauty queens must now not only be beautiful and charismatic, they must be the face of politics.

A Russian pro-government youth group will hold a beauty contest to find woman to symbolize Russia's constitution, Reuters reported.

The group, Nashi, will stage "Miss Constitution 2008" on Dec. 12 as the Kremlin pushes for constitutional changes that would allow Prime Minister Vladimir Putin to become president again.

"The girls must prove they are gifted in many ways," a Nashi spokeswoman told Reuters. "Talented, clever, erudite, artistic, witty, graceful, flexible and most important of all not without sparkle."

The extension of presidential terms from four years to six would pave the way for Putin to reclaim the top spot.
