One of the victims from the brutal beatings of the Yale Choir group known as "The Baker's Dozen" has filed a civil lawsuit against five San Francisco men who allegedly took part in the assault, reported Northern California's KGO-TV.

Police recommended that all five men be arrested in connection with the New Year's attack, but last week the District Attorney charged just two of them.

No one has yet been charged in connection with the injuries sustained by 18-year-old Sharyar Aziz, Jr., who witnesses say was punched and kicked by several suspects, leaving him with a broken jaw.
