With Anne Hathaway's ex beau, blue-blood wannabe Raffaello Follieri, safely behind bars, it seems she's moved on to a new man, The New York Post is reporting.

According to the Post, the "Devil Wears Prada" actress has been spotted vacationing with actor Adam Shulman in New Orleans.

But insiders tell the Post that Shulman is not much of an improvement from Follieri.

"Adam is known as an opportunist," The Post's Page Six quoted a source as saying. "When he was at Brown [University], he went after all the heiresses. It's like Anne is addicted to losers."

A rep for Shulman had no comment, the Post said.

Hathaway made headlines when she split from criminal Raffaello Follieri earlier this year. He was sentenced last month to four and half years in prison for cheating inverstors of millions of dollars by claiming he had Vatican connections that enabled him to buy Roman Catholic Church property at a discount.

Hathaway was reportedly forced to surrender gifts she received from Follieri, including two Rolex watches and a collection of rings, necklaces and bracelets, the Post said.

While Follieri, 30, apologized for his actions and said he began his career with honorable intentions, Assistant U.S. Attorney Reed Brodsky said Follieri had lied about his education, his background, his wealth and his Vatican connections from the moment he solicited investors through his real estate business, the Follieri Group.

Last month, Hathaway told People magazine that she was dating a new "sexy" man who really had "it going on."

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
