PETA has clawed its way into the battle between divorcing duo Hulk and Linda Hogan.

Photos were recently revealed showing Linda wearing a huge fur coat, prompting the Hulkster to take a dig at his ex on the Bubba the Love Sponge's radio show for her hypocrisy.

"Ohhh, she’s a big PETA supporter," he said. "Big time."

But the blond mama was quick to shoot back that the coat was all faux fur, and all the animal rights organization can do is hope she isn’t lying.

"Only her fake furrier knows for sure. We stared at the picture and while it's true that faux furs like those made by Fabulous Furs are so 'real' you have to use a microscope to tell the difference, all that's important now is that she's saying it's fake," PETA President Ingrid Newkirk told Pop Tarts in a statement. "So either it is, which is great, or she knows it should be. …"

So while it sounds like they’re a bit suspicious of Linda, the Hulkster can do no wrong.

"PETA is still singing the praises of Hulk Hogan, who years ago signed our petition to get the Gillette company to stop testing on animals," Newkirk added in her exclusive statement to Pop Tarts. "His was one of the loudest voices speaking up for the animals in laboratories and Gillette still has a policy against animal experiments."

New Image: Tila Tequila Turns to Tap Dancing & Flute Playing, Sick of Her Reality Show

When you think Tila Tequila, you tend to think of boys, girls, naughtiness and wearing next-to-nothing — but the popular pin-up girl insisted that she has a few surprising talents too.

"I tap dance and I play the flute," Tila recently told Pop Tarts. "I love music; I’m working on an album. Sometimes the media has control of your image and they make up stories and that’s hard sometimes — there’s more to me than people think."

Tila, if you're trying to re-brand your image, we recommend finding a new response when asked what you love most about your life.

"I get to wear tiny bikinis and get away with it," was her answer to this question, said while squeezing girlfriend Courtenay Semel’s hand. "I haven’t been this happy in a very long time. I’m just so, so happy that I’m not doing a season three of ‘Shot at Love.' I’m moving on."

And although Tequila acted like the axing of a third season was all her doing, MTV had a different response.

"The announcement of a third season is yet to be determined," a spokesman said.

Lindsay Lohan and Courtenay Semel Snapped Kissing

While Tila Tequila and Courtenay Semel looked more than happy together at a recent charity show (they even spoon-fed each other ice cream backstage), it was apparently not so long ago that Courtenay was sharing good times with Lindsay Lohan.

The reported romantic relationship between Lohan and Semel was brought into the spotlight in December when the New York Post's Page Six gossip column reported that the two gals were living together. They were also spotted holding hands and introducing themselves as a couple at the house-warming party of Hollywood lesbian Jeanette Longoria.

Naturally, Li-Lo’s rep dismissed the reports, but new snaps of Lohan and Semel kissing make us think they were more than friends. …

More Legal Woes: Joe Francis Says He Was Bullied, Fights for Civil Rights

Another lawsuit, another day in the life of Joe Francis.

The "Girls Gone Wild" CEO and founder filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against the Panama City legal big-wigs with claims that he was deprived of his civil rights and wrongfully jailed for 11 months in 2007.

Francis alleged that federal judge Richard Smoak sided with the opposing attorneys and forced him to pay "ransom" fees before being released.

Although Francis did eventually plead no contest to one count of child abuse and several misdemeanors, he claims only to have done this to get out of solitary confinement. Joe is now seeking $300 million in compensatory damages.

"I am innocent; I have committed no crime whatsoever. The two 17-year-old girls that sued me falsified forms and their IDs. The material shot was never used or passed on," Francis told Tarts, adding that city officials had held a vendetta against him since he first starting filming there in 2003.

But in filing this case, Francis believes he is doing us all a big favor.

"I recently experienced an unbelievable miscarriage of justice that made a victim not just of me, but of all Americans who cherish their constitutional right to free expression," he said on his official Web site. "I am determined to right this terrible wrong. I am inviting you to become part of this First Amendment battle. If it can happen to me, it can happen to you."
