Pop Tarts: Miley Cyrus Puts on Brave Face Despite New Racy Photos

LOS ANGELES – Someone needs to keep Miley Cyrus away from the cameras ... at least the personal cameras anyway.

The "Hannah Montana" sensation is embroiled in yet another photo scandal, with the latest photos showing the 15-year-old pulling up her shirt to reveal her stomach and white underpants. But that's not all: The latest round of racy pics also features Cyrus showing-off her lil' bod in an itsy-bitsy bikini.

Last week, Miley announced that she was ready to move on from her "Hannah Montana" persona, announcing she will not be signing up for a new season of the hit Disney show. She was certainly embracing her grown-up role as the host of Sunday's Teen Choice Awards, donning a sparkly little dress and hanging out with her new BFF Stacy "Fergie" Ferguson on the blue carpet.

The two hugged and laughed like long lost friends, with Miley showing no sign of distress over the fresh set of pics circulating the Web. Hmmm, perhaps she is going accustomed to it all now.

Cyrus's rep told Tarts that the photos are old.

But back to Teen Choice, the annual event (which airs Monday night, check local FOX listing for times) once again brought out a star-studded lineup that included Chris Brown, David Cook, Blake Lively, Chace Crawford, the Jonas Brothers and Randy Jackson (who excitedly greeted Simon Cowell's girlfriend Terri Seymour with a direct smack on the lips).

"High School Musical" sweethearts Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens also made an appearance on the blue carpet and even though they stood next to each other on the press line, the two chose not to acknowledge each other's presence and definitely kept their distance.

"They're still together," an insider told Tarts. "But they don't want to promote their relationship on camera."

But Pop Tarts did notice the Tinseltown twosome sneak through the back door and into the same waiting car before the show was even over.

Report: Mischa Barton Boozes Up, Audrina Actually Works

She was busted for a DUI at the end of last year, but that hasn't stopped Mischa Barton from enjoying a few ... or a few too many.

Barton attended Oakley/Muscle Milk's X Games bash at the Key Club last week and we're told she was well, pretty wasted as her pals protected her and escorted around. Although the good news is that the former "O.C." starlet didn't drive herself home.

And here's one to make your jaw drop — Audrina Patridge (who "works" at Epic Records) was spotted serving cocktails at the label's private party at Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel on Wednesday night. Apparently the starlet had to like, plan the party and tend to guests such as her co-stars Lauren "Lo" Bosworth and Stephanie Pratt as well as Tila Tequila and Lance Bass.

She was again hard at, ahem, work of different type on Friday night at T-Mobile's X Games party as "The Hills" were filming. But is Miss Patridge pushing LC out of her life? Audrina and her beau, Justin Bobby, were out on-a-date with Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. The foursome certainly seemed super friendly as they bonded over booze and the live performance by the newly reunited Stone Temple Pilots.

Mind you, lots of takes were required as they all sat around chit-chatting (perhaps they kept forgetting their lines) and Verne "Mini-Me" Troyer even made a cameo appearance in the conversation.

Christina Applegate Diagnosed With Breast Cancer

Christina Applegate has been diagnosed with an early form of breast cancer, but according to her rep her condition is not life-threatening.

"Christina is following the recommended treatment of her doctors and will make a full recovery," the rep said in a statement.

Sharon Osborne Slams Paris Hilton

Poor Paris — she hasn’t exactly had the best week. First the Hilton heiress was mentioned in John McCain’s latest presidential campaign ad, and now she’s been dubbed talentless by Sharon Osborne.

"She’s got a look that a lot of girls liked and copied but she has no talent," Osborne told Parade magazine. "I'm sure Paris would tell you that herself. The timing was right for her. A lot of younger women looked up to her. She's a very sweet, nice girl. But that's it. Then you put a full stop. It's over. So I'd say Paris is infamous." Ouch.
