Blog sites were buzzing recently with reports that "The Duchess" starlet Keira Knightley had made a specific demand that her breasts not be augmented for the film's promotional posters.

But according to the British actress herself, she doesn't recall the topic even coming up.

"I don’t remember anybody telling me that they wanted to give a boob job to the poster," Knightley told us. "So I’m glad they didn’t."

And the 23-year-old is making no secret of hiding the fact she’s pretty proud of her well, flat-chest.

"I’d love to say that I was really strident and went "absolutely not" if they'd asked to enhance my breasts," she added. "But I don’t remember it ever coming up, which is rather nice."

Not augmenting your chest is one thing, but Knightley was willing to sacrifice a more crucial part of her body for her royal role. In one scene her hair catches fire, but it turns out that she "was quite up for" the director's vision of really setting her wig ablaze.

"I think the insurance people said, 'You’ve shot half the movie, and if she goes up in flames then we’re not going to be able to finish it. So you’re not allowed,'" Knightley said. "So it is actually computer graphics."

And while the itty-bitty beauty seems at home playing a mom in the Victorian classic, she definitely left her maternal instinct on the set.

"I don’t want one (a child) thanks. I’m all right," she said with a laugh. "Never say never, but right now I’m fine. Thank you very much."

LC Losing Her Prowess, Montag’s Fashion Line Discontinued

For quite sometime now Lauren Conrad has been the ultimate "it" girl in Tinseltown, but could it be that the reality starlet is losing some star quality? Conrad showed off her fashion collection at the (typically lame) Los Angeles Fashion Week Spring '09 on Tuesday night, but her front-row was less than star-studded.

Conrad’s second-ever show only managed to draw co-star Lauren "Lo" Bosworth and "Girls Next Door" diva Holly Madison which pales in comparison to last Fashion Week where the L.C showing was buzzing with all her reality television "friends" including Kristen Cavallari, Audrina Patridge, Brody Jenner, Whitney Port, Frankie Delgado, Stephen Colletti and Lauren Bosworth.

But hey, at least her collection is still alive and kicking despite reports that it ain’t selling too well in those swanky department stores. On the other hand, sources have told Tarts that Conrad’s "reunited" friend Heidi Montag ’s collection "Heidiwood" has been discontinued. But apparently, it isn’t a reflection of poor sales, but that her parent retail company "Anchor Blue" is moving in a different direction and is expected to close around 40 stores across the U.S in the coming months.

Meanwhile fellow "The Hills" hottie Audrina Patridge is gracing the pages of November’s Maxim Magazine in an itty-bitty bikini (out next week) but it looks as though her interview is now pretty outdated given the hype surrounding the Conrad/Montag makeup on Tuesday.

"They really don’t like each other, but I’m friends with both of them," Patridge told the men’s mag. "When we hang out, I don’t talk about the other. I’m like Switzerland."

Ryan Seacrest Locks Lips With Mystery Woman, Jennifer Hudson Wants Simon Cowell’s Criticism

The temperature may be dropping in New York City, but Ryan Seacrest reportedly got steamy with a hot lass while hanging out with fellow "American Idol" star Randy Jackson at the Plunge at the Gansevoort South last Thursday.

We’re told the boys were "definitely looking to party" as they took over a private cabana and ordered bottles of Grey Goose and Patron immediately upon arrival, followed by a few rounds of shots. True to form, ultimate ladies man Ryan Seacrest was apparently then joined by a mystery date identified only as Mariana.

"Sparks were flying, as the two locked lips immediately and would not stop making out the entire afternoon," said an eyewitness.

Speaking of the hit FOX reality show, it’s no secret that Season 3 alum Jennifer Hudson and judge Simon Cowell haven’t always seen eye-to-eye. But it looks as though they’ve patched up any problems as Hudson now actually wants Cowell’s critique of her newly released debut album "Spotlight".

"He hasn’t said anything to me about it yet, but that would be interesting to hear his thoughts," Hudson told Tarts at last week’s premiere of her new flick "The Secret Life of Bees."

"I would love to know what Simon thinks. Simon, what you got to say?"

Sadly, there was no response when we attempted to get a comment from Mr. Cowell’s end.
