Despite Hugh Hefner’s claim to Pop Tarts at the recent FOX REALLY Awards that he and his three leading ladies are all still an item, his number one gal Holly Madison is getting ready to bunny-hop into the "real world."

A well-placed inside source confirmed to Pop Tarts that the couple recently ended their romantic relationship and have been sleeping in separate bedrooms. And Madison herself told TMZ on Monday that she and Hef "aren't together."

But despite reports to the contrary, 28-year-old Madison is still living at the iconic Holmby Hills mansion.

"She’s putting plans in place to move out, and she still hangs out with Hef at movie night and things like that, but she doesn’t sit next to him anymore," said our source, adding that Holly will most likely leave her job in art direction at Playboy when she eventually moves out.

Another source said that the breakup wasn't bitter and that no matter what, Holly and Hef will always remain the best of buddies.

We're also told that Bridget Marquardt (who is currently traveling overseas working as a host on her new reality show) will soon part ways as well while Kendra Wilkinson apparently ended her romantic connection to Hefner "quite sometime ago."

But before you start feeling too sorry for ol' Hef, we’re told new busty blondes have already made their mark in the mansion and have moved into "Bedroom 4." For quite a few months now, Pop Tarts has spotted two hot blonde twins accompanying Hef to numerous parties, and they have reportedly now made the mansion their home — although it’s unclear whether they are romantically involved with the 83-year-old magazine mogul.

A request for comment from a Playboy rep was not returned, however, Hef's annual Halloween party (scheduled for Oct. 25) will still go ahead as scheduled.

Hef also told Tarts recently that he and his three gals just signed on for a sixth season of their E! reality show "Girls Next Door," which was set to start shooting early in the new year, although we’re starting to wonder if we’ll be seeing fresh faces. ...

E! declined to comment.

Dakota Fanning 'Comfortable' With Intimate Scene, Now a High School Cheerleader

She’s only 14 years old, but Dakota Fanning had no qualms about getting up close and personal for an intimate scene with her "Secret Life of Bees" love interest Tristan Wilds.

"I made sure she was comfortable and she made sure I was comfortable too; we got over the awkwardness and she was totally cool," "90210" sensation Wilds told Pop Tarts, while Fanning later added that Tristan was "so nice and so wonderful [that it was] so it easy to get past any of those nerves."

Despite her A-list status and friends like Tom Cruise, Queen Latifah and Sean Penn, Dakota insists that she just loves doing "normal" things, and that when she’s not filming, she's working on her high kicks.

"I love school, and I’m a cheerleader now," she told Tarts. "It's so much fun. It's great to have that to go back to when I'm not working."

Chelsea Clinton 'Embarrassed' to Be Called Pretty

Back in 1992, when Bill Clinton commenced his presidential campaign, his then 12-year-old daughter Chelsea Clinton was labeled by some as "unattractive."

Well, the international-relations graduate has certainly come a long way, with titles such as one of People’s Most Intriguing, one of Manhattan File’s 100 Most Eligible New York Bachelorettes and one of Tattler’s Most Eligible Women. But it seems she hasn’t learned to accept a compliment.

According to a Clinton insider, the 28-year-old hates being dubbed "pretty" and finds any looks-based compliments "incredibly embarrassing."

Brangelina Brood Back to Doing Good

Now that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are back on home ground, they are busy making sure that the victims of Hurricane Katrina are getting the assistance they need.

The dynamic duo was spotted in New Orleans with their sons Pax, 4, and Maddox, 7, at a Lower Ninth Ward Housing project on Tuesday afternoon. A source told Pop Tarts that the visit was just a quick checkup to ensure everything was going according to plan.

Pitt also announced on Monday that his Make It Right Foundation has raised enough money to rebuild 90 homes for the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
