Someone really should have warned Britney Spears that unless she can clean up a bit, she should probably stay in hiding.
In a recent sighting, Britney looked typically "Toxic" in saggy red tracksuit bottoms, glitzy gold bling and dirty hair beneath a pink baseball cap. She accessorized with a pack of cigarettes, a Red Bull and a puffy face.
The former pop princess was snapped on Monday leaving Hollywood’s Millennium Dance Studio, then heading to McDonald's for some take-out.
Why the dancing? Maybe she still holds out hope for a career comeback, or at least wants to get back "In the Zone" with her old flame Justin Timberlake.

Sienna Miller Makes Out With Monkeys and Diddy?
After being photographed giving each other cozy kisses at the Sundance Film Festival, Sienna Miller and Sean "Diddy" Combs were also spotted partying at Bungalow 8 in New York City on Saturday night, the New York Post's Page Six gossip column reported.
At 9 a.m. Sunday, photographers snapped Miller being dropped off at her hotel by Diddy, the daddy of newborn twins. Diddy then asked that the pictures not be used.
Representatives for Miller told Page Six, "Sienna is only interested in Sean as a friend." A rep for Diddy said, "They are just friends."
Monday night, Diddy was spotted shooting pool at the after-after-party for the premiere of Miller's new flick, "Factory Girl."

But Miller has been monkeying around with more than just rappers, according to the World Entertainment News Network.
While on a photo shoot for Esquire magazine, Miller accidentally smacked lips with her simian sidekick, says WENN.
Miller was instructed to pose for a quirky photo with a monkey, and to blow on it to get its attention. But the presumptuous primate wanted some more action, so it stuck its tongue in her mouth.
"I sort of made out with a monkey. It was a sweet monkey but, no, that's too much," she said.
