One person has been killed and three wounded after three men in ski masks opened fire in a store north of Dallas, police said.

Two men and two women were inside the North Dallas business when the shootings happened Tuesday night, Dallas police spokesman Gerardo Monreal said.

Sgt. Bruce McDonald said early Wednesday that one victim was taken to Presbyterian Hospital of Plano where she was pronounced dead. The other three victims were taken to Parkland Memorial Hospital and were expected to survive.

The shooting occurred about 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Gas Pipe, a store that sells rolling papers, pipes and other items.

Television footage showed scenes of bullets on the floor inside the store.

Police spokesman Lt. Craig Miller said authorities were looking for three suspects. He said police were looking for surveillance video to help them find them.

Police were questioning witnesses.
