A 30-year-old nursing assistant has been shot and killed outside a central Florida hospital.

Yolanda Garvin-Williams was shot multiple times early Monday in the parking lot of the Parrish Medical Center in Titusville, Fla. She was rushed to the hospital's emergency room where she was pronounced dead.

Titusville police say someone fired the shots just outside the hospital doors. Detectives say they don't believe the shooting was a random act.

The 210-bed hospital was immediately placed on a lock-down, but the lock-down has since been lifted.

No arrests have been made.
