Police in Nassau County on have arrested a doctor who they say was illegally selling prescription Oxycodone out of his Massapequa office, right across the street from a school.

Based on a tip, undercover detectives said they bought the drugs from Dr. Saji Francis on nine separate times without ever being examined or diagnosed.

"Dr. Saji Francis is the antithesis of the Hippocratic oath, to do no harm," said Nassau County Police Commissioner Lawrence Mulvey. "His greed and total disregard for the ethics of the medical profession has exacerbated the opiate and heroin abuse in Massapequa."

Frances charged anywhere from $480 to $600 for the prescriptions, according to authorities.
