NEWARK, Del. – A Newark man is charged with raping a 13-year-old girl and showing porn to the girl and three other children.
New Castle County Police arrested 42-year-old Jason Allen on Monday after completing their investigation.
During the summer, police say the girl visited his home and was sexually abused several times. She told police she watched porn movies with Allen while other children were in the room.
He is charged with four counts of rape and several counts of sex solicitation of a child, unlawful sexual contact, indecent exposure and endangering a child's welfare. He is being held at the Howard Young Prison.
