A man has been indicted on murder charges accusing him of stabbing to death his wife and setting the fire that killed his four children at their southwest Ohio home.

Michel Veillette was charged with five counts of aggravated murder and other charges in the indictment issued Friday. He could get the death penalty if convicted of killing his family.

The 34-year-old Veillette has been held without bond since his arrest. He is accused of stabbing his wife and using gasoline to set a fire Jan. 11 in the couple's home in Mason, north of Cincinnati.
