Lindsay Lohan (search) has been released from a hospital after recovering from a high fever and headaches, her publicist said.

Lohan, 18, had to postpone filming the movie "Herbie: Fully Loaded" (search) after being hospitalized last week with a 103-degree fever. She went home late Tuesday, said publicist Leslie Sloane Zelnik.

"She's taking it easy and doing great," Zelnik said Thursday.

Production on "Herbie" will resume immediately, according to Zelnik.

The illness also forced Lohan to postpone taping a cameo role on "That '70s Show," the sitcom that features her boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama.

She was rescheduled to shoot the episode Friday, her publicist said.

Lohan's screen credits include "Mean Girls" and "Freaky Friday." (search)
