An Illinois man on Monday was pulled from his van minutes before two trains smacked into it, crushing it into pieces.
The 75-year-old mistakenly turned onto the tracks, and while police were trying to remove the car a nearby man noticed what was happening and got him off the tracks just in time, MyFoxChicago reported.
