Chef and registered dietitian Michelle Dudash shares these great recipes for a healthy and delicious Super Bowl party:

• Fresh Sweet Salsa

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped red onion
1 diced mango
1 ½ cup chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ teaspoon salt

Method:
Mix all ingredients and enjoy!

• Guacamole

Ingredients:
2 avocados, soft
1/2 tomato, chopped small
1 green onion, chopped thin
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
½ tsp. garlic, minced
Juice of 1/4 - 1/2 lime

Dry seasonings:
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. oregano, crumble between fingers to break into smaller pieces
To taste salt
A few grinds pepper, black

Method:
Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, around the pit. Set aside the pits but do not throw away. Scoop out the avocado into a medium bowl and throw away the peel. Mash avocados in bowl with a whisk. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Taste test the guacamole with tortilla chip and adjust seasonings as desired.
Add the pits back into the guacamole and cover with plastic wrap directly on the guacamole until service. This will stop the surface from turning brown.

• Potato Skins

Ingredients:
8 baking potatoes
½ cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
1 - 16 ounce container low fat sour cream
1 chopped tomato
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons chopped chives

Method:
Bake potatoes until soft at 350 degrees.
Slice in half and clean out center (discard).
Brush inside with olive oil and return to oven for 5-10 minutes until crisp.
Top with fixings of your choice.
