We will of course have latest on the Mosul (search) investigation — as I write this, the questions persist about whether it was a rocket attack or a suicide bomber.

Thanks for all of your emails about the two Wal-Mart (search) lawsuits; we'll examine the second case Thursday on "DaySide." This is the case of the Maryland couple upset that Wal-mart apparently failed to uphold its own policy of not selling music with foul language to minors. (See Wednesday's blog for more details on the case.)
