A Delaware pediatrician accused of sexually abusing possibly more than 100 patients has waived a preliminary court hearing and bond review.

Dr. Earl Bradley is charged with more than 30 felonies, including rape. Authorities have accused Bradley of videotaping attacks on some alleged victims, some of whom were as young as six months old.

Defense attorney Paul Kania says he met with Bradley for more than an hour before appearing before Judge Kenneth Clark on Thursday. Kania told the judge that Bradley was waiving his right to appear in court. Prosecutors said they would turn over a police report to the defense.

Kania told reporters that Bradley is "very depressed" and concerned about his family.

Bradley is being held on $2.9 million bond.
