A Pennsylvania husband and wife were both charged with drunken driving in the same car crash.

Robert Kotoff Sr. and Tina Kotoff were charged after their car hit a tree in Daughtery Township on April 5.

The crash was reported to police who later discovered the car in a nearby mobile home park.

Witnesses told police Tina Kotoff was driving when the car hit the tree, and say that Robert Kotoff drove the car to the mobile home park after the crash. However, Robert Kotoff claimed he was driving when the car hit the tree.

The Kotoffs agreed to enter the first-time offender program on Monday. Both will lose their licenses for 60 days, but will have their records expunged if they complete the probation program.
