Delaware State Police have arrested two white men who followed a black teenager off a bus and attacked him.

Lloyd Walker and David Walker of New Castle, who are brothers, are charged with assault and committing hate crimes.

The incident happened Friday, when a 17-year-old black man on a Dart bus from Wilmington to New Castle argued with a white man. The teen told police that the man and two others followed him off the bus and jumped him near a Georgetown apartment complex.

Police say David Walker stabbed the teen in the back, while all three yelled racial epithets.

The teen was treated at Christiana Hospital for five stab wounds.

Police are looking for the third suspect.
