Our guests this week:
• Christina Romer, chair, White House Council of Economic Advisers
• Sen. Richard Shelby, R-Ala., ranking member, Banking Committee
• Rep. Charles Rangel, D-N.Y., chairman, House Ways and Means Committee
• Pete Souza, chief White House photographer

The White House hoped to spend the week focused on their proposed budget, but those plans were delayed when news of the AIG bonuses was made public. The Obama administration still has no banking plan in place and instead the White House is playing defense. As they tried to tamp down the outrage, the administration looked to refocus.

President Obama finishes his week with a West Coast swing, an appearance on Jay Leno and preparation for his second prime-time news conference scheduled for Tuesday night. We'll get a financial forecast and preview the president's proposal to save the banking industry with the chair of the White House Council of Economic Advisers, Christina Romer.

Then, Congress passes legislation to tax 90 percent on bonuses from bailout funds. But has the Congress gone too far? We'll discuss with two key financial policy makers about what they would like to see in the White House plan to rescue the troubled banks: the top Republican on the Senate Banking Committee, Richard Shelby and the Democratic chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, Charles Rangel — only on "FOX News Sunday."

Plus, our Power Player of the Week is with President Obama from sun up, to sun down, capturing everything for the history books: chief White House photographer Pete Souza.

And, President Obama attempts to reach out to Iran — is this a sign of major change in American foreign policy? We'll discuss with our Sunday panel: Brit Hume, FOX News senior political analyst; Mara Liasson of National Public Radio, Bill Kristol of the Weekly Standard and Juan Williams of National Public Radio.

So check your local listings and we’ll see you on the next "FOX News Sunday."
