Police have released footage of a man thought to be one of Britain's drunkest drivers, Sky News reported.
Security camera operators watched in disbelief as the driver staggered around his car waving his arms in the air, before urinating on the bonnet.
The unnamed 36-year-old then fumbles with his keys for a few minutes, and collapses into the driving seat.
He puts his lights on full beam before slowly pulling away, just missing traffic cones and a parked car.
The camera follows the white Nissan as the operator calls a passing patrol car to the scene in Ely, Cambridgeshire.
The man is so inebriated he fails to notice the blue lights in his rear-view mirror.
He carries on down the street at around 15 mph with officers in pursuit with sirens blaring.
