Baltimore (search) police are holding one suspect and seeking another in last night's shooting death of a police officer.

Police Commissioner Kevin Clark says two men attacked ten-year veteran Brian Winder (search) inside a liquor store. He was pronounced dead at a hospital with multiple gunshot wounds.

The commissioner says he "lost a member" of his family.

Clark says one of the killers had recently been arrested by the officer for selling pirated D-V-Ds and C-Ds.

Winder is survived by his wife and three children.
