An Arkansas man recently acquitted in a bank heist was arrested this week for robbing the same bank again.

Oscar Reynolds, 35, was nabbed Tuesday for allegedly holding up Liberty Bank in Jonesville, Ark., at about 12:45 p.m., the Jonesville Sun reported.

Reynolds was found not guilty on Aug. 21 of robbing Liberty after bank employees couldn't positively identify him as the bandit.

The Jonesboro man is also accused of beating an elderly woman in a post office downtown last fall and stealing her purse and car, according to the Sun.

Reynolds has been charged with aggravated assault and aggravated robbery in that case.

He was due in court Tuesday on those charges, but failed to appear, according to a spokeswoman for the Craigshead County Deputy Prosecutor's Office in Jonesboro.
