PARAGOULD, Ark. – A 2-year-old Paragould boy sought by police was found Thursday after Arkansas officials issued an Amber Alert for him the night before, an Arkansas State Police spokesman said.
Spokesman Bill Sadler told the Associated Press he could not immediately provide any further details about Carson Parker, the subject of a Morgan Nick Amber Alert after his mother was found dead late last night.
Paragould police found the body of Tiffany Parker, Carson's mother, just after 11 p.m.
The alert by the state police shows Carson had been last seen about 8 p.m. near a home on Linwood Drive in Paragould. A Paragould police dispatcher told the Associated Press this morning that police "really don't know anything" yet about the circumstances leading to the death of Carson's mother.
