'America’s Next Top Model' to Feature Transgender Contestant

Tyra Banks will feature a transgender contestant on “America’s Next Top Model," a rep for The CW confirmed for "Access Hollywood."

“My cards were dealt differently,” the contestant, Isis, told Us Weekly about herself.

The 22-year-old former non-profit worker from Prince George’s County, Md., identifies herself as “a woman born physically male.”

"I'm here to follow my dreams,” the aspiring model told the magazine.

The new season of "Top Model," where competitors vie for a modeling contract and an advertising campaign, premieres Sept. 3.
