HANOVER, Ind. – A 4-year-old girl was abducted from her home Monday, prompting an Amber Alert to be issued, authorities said.
Justice Marie Watkins (search) was last seen Monday at 8:22 p.m. at her home on Paynesville Road in Hanover, about 40 miles northeast of Louisville, Ky.
She is 3 feet tall, weighs 36 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes and has scars from a dog bite on the left side of her face, according to a news release from the Jefferson County Sheriff (search).
The sheriff's department said she was most likely taken by Heather M. Hale and Timothy Dean Muster.
They were driving a blue Dodge van.
