Lexington, KY (SportsNetwork.com) - Julius Randle recorded his eighth double- double in 10 games to lead the 11th-ranked Kentucky Wildcats to a 70-55 win over previously undefeated Boise State from Rupp Arena.

Randle contributed 17 points and 11 rebounds in the winning effort, breaking a brief two-game slump without a double-double. Randle has scored in double figures in all 10 of his collegiate games.

James Young netted a game-high 21 points to lead Kentucky (8-2), which bounced back from a 67-62 loss to Baylor on Friday. Andrew and Aaron Harrison scored 13 points apiece.

"We had pressure on the ball. We picked up. Like I say, we're trying to figure things out as a team, how we have to play. I wish we had played that way, with that kind of pressure on the ball," UK head coach John Calipari said.

Willie Cauley-Stein matched a career-high with nine blocks in the triumph.

Boise State (8-1) shot just 31.9 percent as a team, as leading scorers Anthony Drmic and Derrick Marks combined to shoot just 13-of-40 collectively. Drmic poured in 18 points while Marks had 14.

"We can do all of the right things and try to battle, but they are just so physically imposing and I thought they were really, really dialed in," Broncos head coach Leon Rice said.

Young netted 17 points in the first half as Kentucky took a 41-31 edge into the break. Cauley-Stein erased five shots at the rim in the period and finished a putback layup for the halftime margin with 26 seconds left.

Boise State did not attempt a foul shot in the opening 20 minutes.

Andrew Harrison sank a pair of free throws to start the second half before his brother Aaron got out in transition for a layup and a 14-point Kentucky spread.

Drmic then scored five points as part of a 10-3 Broncos' flurry to claw back to single digits before the Wildcats turned up the intensity defensively.

Boise State missed eight straight shots while Kentucky rebuilt a 62-43 advantage 11:24 into the second half to put the game away.
