Warriors sign first-round pick Thompson

Oakland, CA – The Golden State Warriors on Tuesday signed guard Klay Thompson, the 11th pick in this year's NBA Draft.

Thompson averaged 21.6 points and 1.6 steals per game last season at Washington State, and is the all-time leader in three-pointers made at the school with 242.

In addition, the Warriors also inked guards Tommy Mitchell and Tim Pickett and forwards Julian Khazzouh and Tommy Smith and center Jeremy Tyler.
