Tyrone Wallace recorded his third double-double of the season and second in a row with 22 points and a career-high 14 rebounds, David Kravish scored six of his 14 points in the second overtime, including the go-ahead basket with under 30 seconds remaining and California beat Montana 78-76 in double overtime Wednesday night.

Jordan Mathews scored all 13 of his points after halftime, hitting two huge 3-pointers in the process. He hit a 3-pointer from the corner with 17 seconds to tie the game for California (6-1) and send it into overtime.

Jordan Gregory scored a career-high 23 points and Martin Breunig also had 23 points for Montana (2-4), which lost its second straight. Jermaine Edmonds scored 12 points.

Gregory hit 2 of 3 free throws to tie at 67 with 51 seconds left in the first overtime.
