NEW YORK (Reuters) - Minnesota Vikings' wide receiver Randy Moss has been fined $25,000 by the National Football League (NFL) for failing to make himself available to the media, the league said Friday.

NFL contracts stipulate that the players must make themselves available to the media at specific times each week but Moss last spoke to the media on October 13th after declining a number of requests.

Moss is preparing to face his former team the New England Patriots Sunday after being traded earlier this month.
