Milan, Italy (SportsNetwork.com) - Roma maintained its unblemished record through seven Serie A games as Francesco Totti scored twice in the club's 3-0 defeat of Inter Milan at the San Siro on Saturday.

Totti opened the scoring for Roma in the 18th minute before going on to doubled his side's advantage from the penalty spot in the 40th.

It looked as though Roma would carry the two-goal margin into the halftime interval, but Alessandro Florenzi effectively sealed the victory by tacking on a goal one minute before the break.

The only sour note for Roma came in the 79th minute when Federico Balzaretti was sent off, but it did not influence the final result.

Roma remains at the top of the Serie A table with 21 points while Inter, suffering its first league defeat of the campaign, falls seven points adrift.

Atalanta 1, Chievo 0

Verona, Italy - Maximiliano Moralez produced the lone goal at the Stadio M.A. Bentegodi on Saturday as Atalanta picked up a 1-0 victory over Chievo.

Moralez struck in the 16th minute of the match for his first goal of the season, which proved to be all Atalanta would need to climb to nine points.

Chievo has lost three straight league matches to remain on four points for the season.
