Geneva, Switzerland (SportsNetwork.com) - Sixth-seeded Portuguese Joao Sousa and unseeded Brazilian Thomaz Bellucci will square off in Saturday's championship match at the Geneva Open, a final clay-court French Open tune-up.

Sousa outlasted Argentine Federico Delbonis 6-3, 2-6, 6-4, while the left-handed Bellucci tackled fellow South American, Santiago Giraldo of Colombia, 6-3, 6-4 in Friday's semifinals at Geneva Tennis Club.

"This is my favorite place to play, actually," said Bellucci. "The court condition for me, I like it. For my serve, it's good as well. Maybe I feel very relaxed here."

The 26-year-old Sousa is 1-2 in his career ATP finals, with his lone title coming in Kuala Lumpur in 2013. He was two-time runner-up last season.

The 27-year-old Bellucci, meanwhile, is 3-2 in his finals, with his last victory coming in Gstaad in 2012.

Sousa and Bellucci will meet for the first time on Saturday.

The first ATP Geneva titlist since 1991 will claim $89,000.
