Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Philadelphia 76ers center Nerlens Noel left Wednesday night's game against Orlando with a sprained ankle.

Noel rolled his left ankle under the basket in the third quarter and walked off the court under his own power.

He had four points, two rebounds and three assists before leaving, including a behind-the-back bounce pass to Alexey Shved for a layup that finished off a 3- on-1 in the second quarter.

The 6-foot-11 Noel missed all of last season with a torn ACL in his left knee that he suffered playing for Kentucky before being taken No. 6 in the draft.
