Tarran Senay went 2-for-5 with a home run and five RBI to lead the NC State Wolfpack to a 9-2 victory over the William & Mary Tribe in the Raleigh Regional Final.

With the win NC State (47-14) moves on to the Super Regional round where it will face the winner of the Eugene Regional. For the Wolfpack Jake Fincher finished the game 3-for-5 as the squad recorded 14 hits. Brad Stone was credited with the win after he pitched 5 1/3 scoreless innings.

Matt Wainman was the losing pitcher for William & Mary (38-24) which was eliminated from the tournament. Wainman allowed six runs, five of which were earned, on 10 hits while matching Stone with 5 1/3 innings pitched.

The Tribe earned just their second ever NCAA Tournament victory earlier in the day with a 4-1 win over Ole Miss to advance to the regional final
