Saturday's game between the Kansas City Royals and Minnesota Twins was postponed because of rain.

The contest has been rescheduled for June 30 as part of a day-night doubleheader. The opener of the twinbill will start at 1 p.m. (et), while the regularly-scheduled nightcap will start at 7:10 p.m.

Jason Marquis was expected to make Saturday's start for Minnesota, while Bruce Chen was slated to take the ball for Kansas City. Chen will start Sunday.

The Royals won Friday's series-opener, 7-6, sending the Twins to their sixth straight loss.
