Lots of people seem to believe Robert Griffin would be a good fit for the Dallas Cowboys.
One of those people, Art Briles, Griffin's coach at Baylor, believes it's a dream scenario for his former 2011 Heisman Trophy winner.

That's a good point. Griffin needs to head to a team where he doesn't have to be the guy, which is exactly what he was expected to be with the Washington Redskins. After all, the Redskins gave up three first-round picks and a second-round pick for Griffin back in the 2012 NFL Draft.
Griffin was a successful football player in college (and his rookie season) because of his unbelievable athleticism. But injuries hampered that athleticism, and Griffin didn't seem to have that explosive speed (or, at the very least, he was wary of scrambling as often as he had in the past). If a team is very patient with Griffin, he can potentially become an every day quarterback.
