Reading, England – Newly-promoted English Premier League side Reading agreed to a deal with Russian striker Pavel Pogrebnyak on Saturday.
The 28-year-old Pogrebnyak spent the second half of last season on loan at EPL side Fulham from German club Stuttgart, and had six goals in 12 appearances.
He has completed a medical with Reading and will finalize the deal Sunday.
Pogrebnyak was a member of Russia's Euro 2012 squad, and has played 33 matches and scored eight times for his country.
