Baltimore, MD (SportsNetwork.com) - The Baltimore Ravens will be without defensive end Elvis Dumervil for Sunday's game against Minnesota because of an ankle injury.

Dumervil was hurt during the Thanksgiving night game against Pittsburgh and missed practice this week. He had played in 44 consecutive games and is the club's leader with 9 1/2 sacks this season.

Tight end Dennis Pitta is expected to see his first action of the season after being activated off the short-term injured reserve on Saturday. The four-year veteran suffered a fractured and dislocated hip in training camp on July 27.

The Ravens will instead sit tight end Dallas Clark, who is the team's third- leading receiver with 31 catches.
