Lille moved closer to securing third place with a 2-1 win over Bordeaux as Salomon Kalou and Ryan Mendes scored for Lille, which holds a seven-point lead on fourth-place St Etienne with three games to play.
Lyon handled Bastia, 4-1, in Sunday's other match to pull to within two points of St Etienne.
