Power outage in Tulsa prompts cancellation of Missouri State-Oral Roberts matchup
TULSA, Okla. – A power outage in south Tulsa, Oklahoma, that includes entire Oral Roberts University campus prompted the cancellation of the Missouri State-Oral Roberts matchup on Sunday.
No makeup date has been announced, but according to a release on the Oral Roberts athletics home page, the teams are in discussions to reschedule the non-conference game.
Oral Roberts is already scheduled to play at Missouri State on Dec. 22.
Missouri State (4-3) and Oral Roberts (2-4) have faced off nine times, with the Bears holding a 5-4 edge. The teams have played every season since 2010.
