Police say Robert Allenby left bar alone, but was not in strip club in Hawaii

A police detective investigating Robert Allenby's ordeal in Hawaii says three people seen leaving a wine restaurant with him are not believed to be connected to the case, but the Australian golfer did not go to a strip club.

Det. John McCarthy of the Honolulu Police Department says evidence shows Allenby was not in the Club Femme Nu in the early morning of Jan. 17 when he had his wallet, credit cards, cash and phone taken.

Patrick Owen Harbison was arrested Wednesday on second-degree identity theft, second-degree attempted theft and unauthorized possession of confidential information. That part of the case has been turned over to prosecutors.

Allenby says he has no memory of what happened during a 2½-hour period after leaving the restaurant.
