Kruize Pinkins scored a season-high 26 points, including a three-point play with 21 seconds left, to help San Francisco complete a season sweep by holding off Santa Clara, 69-63 Saturday night.

Pinkins got a tip-in with 2:30 left to play to give the Dons a 64-58 lead, but Santa Clara battled back. Jared Brownridge connected on a jumper and Evan Roquemore hit the second of two free throws with 30 seconds left to cut the San Francisco lead to three, 64-61. Pinkins responded with a dunk and added a free throw to make it a six-point game.

Cole Dickerson added 13 points and grabbed 14 rebounds and Mark Tollefsen added 13 points for as San Francisco (16-10, 9-5 WCC) surpassed its win total from a year ago with the victory.

Brandon Clark and Brownridge scored 15 and 14 points, respectively, to lead Santa Clara (11-16, 4-10).
