Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Philadelphia Phillies acquired reliever Brad Lincoln from the Toronto Blue Jays on Tuesday in exchange for backup catcher Erik Kratz and pitching prospect Rob Rasmussen.

Lincoln participated in 31 2/3 innings over 22 games for the Jays last season, going 1-2 with a 3.98 earned run average. He is 9-11 with a 4.66 ERA in 97 appearances over his four-year pro career for the Bucs and Blue Jays.

Kratz collected nine home runs and 26 RBI over 68 games with the Phillies in 2013. The suburban Philly native is a lifetime .230 batter over 120 career games.

Rasmussen combined to go 3-11 with a 4.11 ERA over 135 2/3 innings in 28 games (24 starts) with Double-A Chattanooga and Triple-A Albuquerque. He was acquired by the Phils from the Dodgers on Aug. 31.
