Bronx, NY – Baltimore Orioles starting pitcher Chris Tillman left Sunday's game after three innings against the New York Yankees with right elbow tightness.
Tillman came into Sunday's game a winner in six of his past seven starts.
Randy Wolf replaced Tillman on the mound.
