Gasol played just 22 minutes in Game 3, and an MRI revealed he suffered a strained hamstring
The 34-year-old veteran is averaging 15.1 points and 9.9 rebounds in nine postseason games and has posted six double-doubles.
Gasol missed just four games during the regular season.
